I am immensely grateful to each of the many authors for their contribution to this book, and for being fervent sup-porters of the biotechnology industry. Each of them are suc-cessful in their own right and have selflessly authored their chapter in the midst of a demanding workload. They have graciously shared their knowledge, insights, and lessons they have learned during their professional careers in order to teach the next generation of biotechnology entrepreneurs.
