Once form is completed, the physician or practices information will auto populate into that users pipeline. All info collected is then visible.

At any time, you can set an appointment using the Appointments tab as seen below.

Input a subject, start and end time and the interval in which youd like to be reminded. You will then be notified via email.

Whether logging in as a single user or manager, you will see all appointments listed under the Schedule tab.

Each entry from the form shown earlier enters in as a New Prospect. It is your job to move each file through the stages or placement cycle.

The Documents tab will house all documents that are system generated or manually uploaded. View some below.

Once a file is moved from New Prospect and then down to Under Review, the required Physician Review Form is generated and sent.

Once the file is saved, the sample email below is generated and sent to a preset email or emails. Physician Request Form is included.

Physician Request Form that is system generated and automatically sent for review when the file is moved to Under Review.

Not only are the docs generated and sent to preset emails, a copy of each document is saved under the Documents tab.

Once the file has been reviewed, whoever is in charge of reviewing your groups files will move to Doctor Approved.

Once moved to Doctor Approved, 3 leases/contracts and the EMR/Clearing House forms are generated and sent to rep via email.

For the time being, you will need to upload the signed docs to the Documents tab. Then, move file to Signed Contracts Received

System email is sent notifying all parties that a signed physician pack is ready to be viewed. This will be done view E-sign soon.

If you noticed, when the Doctor Approved email was sent, it referenced an MA link for all required MA paperwork. A this time, the file is in Pending MA Paperwork

Once youve received the completed MA pack (application, NDA, DD form, W4, I9, drivers license and resume), upload to Documents tab and move to MA Hired.

Once the MA is approved, schedule the install via the Appointments tab. It will then show on the Schedule tab on the dashboard.

Then, simply move to Placement & Training Scheduled.

Once the install has occurred, move to Completed and Device Active. This will trigger once last stage action.

The email below is generated with an attached Rep Advance Sheet. It is sent to all parties preset in the admin section of the system.
