Four products that work in sequential steps for optimum impact:First we prep the skin, then a biphasic peel consisting of a layer of enzyme active (-) followed by active acid (+) are applied to the skin. Finally a decelerant is applied that slows the peel activity and normalises the epidermis.

Ensure that all staff members have attended or are booked in to attend the prerequisite workshops. This will ensure that you are all set to offer the NEW Professional Expert Strength BioSurface™ Peel when launch deals are available in August, 2014.

Complete your pre-registration form to ensure that your launch deal is shipped to you as soon as all prerequisite workshops have been completed. (After the national launch date of 1st August 2014).

RSVP to confirm your attendance for the BioSurface™ Peel launch event with Dr. Diana Howard.

Log onto the Business Centre www.business.dermalogica.com.au/login and download all the digital support materials e.g. posters, treatment menus, display sheets and window cling. Place these in high traffic areas of your skin treatment centre prior to the launch to encourage clients’ curiosity and secure early treatment bookings.

Organise an event in your skin treatment centre for your clients and educate them on the benefits of booking in for the BioSurface™ Peel. Offer a gift or discount for clients that book and pay for a course of the BioSurface™ Peel treatments on the night.

Create a waiting list on Social Media and in-store to secure bookings.

Create hype by posting regular teasers on all your social media platforms leading up to the launch of the BioSurface™ Peel. Download the BioSurface™ Peel Facebook image and cover photo image from the Dermalogica Business Centre and post these on your page.

Update your current treatment menu to include this new treatment and pricing.

Create a staff incentive. Incentive can be based on: staff promoting the new treatment, following up with product recommendations, re-booking clients, client satisfaction (this information can be obtained through a follow up survey).

Do I need to complete the training workshops before being sent my launch deal? Yes, each skin treatment centre must have at least one Professional Skin Therapist who has completed all pre-requisite workshops and owners must complete the registration form and agree to all Terms and Conditions before the BioSurface™ Peel launch deal is sent to you. Launch deals will be sent from the 1st August 2014.

When can my client expect to see results?Skin appears smoother and more luminous instantly; however, results will depend on your skin condition and how frequently your client receives BioSurface™ Peel treatments. More intense results can be seen after 6 treatments.

How often should a client receive the BioSurface™ Peel treatment to maintain results?6 treatments are standard but will need to be prescribed on an individual basis depending on the client’s skin concern and condition. Multiple series may be performed to achieve the desired results.

How should a client prepare their skin prior to their BioSurface™ Peel treatments?Once you determine that the client is an eligible candidate for the BioSurface™ Peel treatments, you may want to recommend a Dermalogica product pre-treatment regimen specific to your client’s skin condition.

My client used to use Isotretinoin (also known as Accutane). Can they still have the BioSurface™ Peel treatments? Yes, but only if they have discontinued using Isotretinoin for more than 6 months.
