In 2010 the Tsla laid the foundation for our new Generation2 system. With numerous refinements and a complete spec update we present the Alva160air for the coming season. The brand new big boy in our range turns every mountain into a gigantic bike park. You won’t need a lift pass though: the BIONICON system enables even a 180 mm bike to climb like a mountain goat. At the summit press the button and transform your bike into a plush, active downhill rig. For the first time riders can choose between air- or coil-sprung suspension systems. s well as new technical features we were determined to create a fresh new look for our G2 bikes.
We’ve christened it technature. Our engineers follow a strictly functional school of frame design, we’ve contrasted this with playful styling inspired by nature: the playground and inspiration for our sport. We think we’ve created a bold look that moves beyond conventional styles.
All full suspension BIONICON mountainbikes share our patented geometry adjustment system. Pressing the handlebar button opens a valve allowing you to move air from the fork to the shock adapter with a simple weight shift. The shift from climbing to descending position is intuitive and quick to learn. The change to head- and seat tube angle is much greater than with bikes which are just equipped with an adjustable travel fork. Only so can long travel bikes climb efficiently.

Cycling in the city demands innovative products just as much as in the mountains. ‘Normal’ bikes like MTB’s or racing bikes quickly reach their limits in an urban environment. High rolling resistance or an over aerodynamic riding position can turn city biking into an ordeal.
Our city bikes bring modern engineering and fresh ideas to city biking.
The Dutch bike is a synonym for solid engineering but is also sluggish and cumbersome – not ideal in our jam packed cities. We’ve updated Dutch bike with a dose of mountainbike DNA. The result is an agile, light and robust city bike with a high level of every day utility.
The Urban Road combines cool looks with complete functionality. A classic sleek steel frame, relaxed riding position and clever specification make it the perfect city flyer.
New for this year is the Green Village, we’ve called it an o utdoor bike. During the week it serves as bike to work with a comfortable riding position, optional mudguards and carrier. At the weekend the mountainbike character comes out to play so that you can enjoy life away from the asphalt jungle.

ur aim is to enable a perfect biking day out, yet our actions should never lose sight of the bigger picture. So we choose clothing suppliers who produce
sustainably looking after both the environment and their employees even if this makes our products more expensive. Our range is based on a layering model with freely interchangeable garments.
The first layer isolates whilst wicking moisture away from the skin. We only use finest quality Merino wool. The second
layer adds further isolation and is robust enough to serve as an outer garment. An innovative Merino-Nylon hybrid combines the positive characteristics of both materials.
The outer layer is formed by garments made exclusively of Softshell fabric produced by the Swiss manufacturer Schoeller. Its flexibility, tear resistance and high breathability guarantee high comfort even on the longest rides. Unique fabric coatings increase water resistence and allow dirt to pearl off the fabric.

raditional chainguides were created for downhill and freeride applications. They hold your chain with a death like
grip noticeably increasing pedalling resistance. The BIONICON c/guide enters the game from with a different perspective. We wanted to create a chainguide for XC to allmountain use. Like so many ideas simplicity is its strength: light, easy to fit and compatible with 1, 2 or 3 chainrings.
