How frequently is the a�endance/biometric data transferred to the HCM?Time and a�endance data can be transferred at any �me. The specific frequency can be determined, and

set, by the user. For op�mal efficiency and security, we recommend that the frequency of transfer is set to

two minutes.

Does Mihi have GPS-enabled mobile �me clocks? The �me displayed on the M22 clock can be set so that it coincides with local �me zone se�ngs. Addi�onal-

ly, GPS can be enabled through the implementa�on of an addi�onal chip in the clock. This will allow the

clock to automa�cally adjust its internal time to coincide with the appropriate �me zone in which it is

located. The approximate price to complete this is 30 USD.

We have our own clocks – can we integrate them with Mihi?Yes. If your are currently using a different type of clock, it can be integrated with Mihi software. Once

integrated, Mihi software will administer full time keeping services via the clock which your business has

elected to use.

How does this clock ensure employee fingerprint data is secure?

The M22 clock’s fingerprint-scanning technology ensures security through its combination of encryption

and biometric functionality. Once fingerprint data is captured during the initial enrollment process, the

system identifies the unique sections of the fingerprint and builds a corresponding biometric template. This

template does not contain the entire fingerprint, only the specific sections necessary to identify and

differentiate the employee. Once the biometric template has been created, the original scan of the

employee’s fingerprint is discarded, and only the template is saved for future reference. All templates are

stored on a secure database. All templates for terminated employees are purged immediately upon

termination.

What is the warranty?tyYes. M22 clocks come with a one year warranty, effec�ve upon receipt of the �me clock.
