SPCS & SBS Great Science Bake Off Rudolf Schlechter won two prices at the first UC science back-off for his gorgeous Arabidopsis pot cake. Amy Osborne’s group won Kids choice prize for their zebra fish and Lilly Taylor and the Marquez group won the judges Discretion team award for outstanding effort for their gingerbread fume hood.

Foster Hope Our charity challenge to the School was to bring along donated items of toys and backpack items to reception. Penny was delighted with the response from staff and students. Penny delivered the presents on Monday 10th December and they were delighted to receive all the items, especially the balls!

Post-Doctoral Scientist - AgResearch AgResearch is looking for a dedicated and hardworking Post-Doctoral Scientist to join our Forage Genetics team at the Lincoln Campus, based just outside of Christchurch. The postdoctoral position will involve research in the areas of plant physiology and biochemistry of biological nitrogen fixation and phenomics.
