Biography

Chris Arndt has a proven track record leading transformations of both Fortune 1000 and privately-held businesses. His mix of turnaround consulting and corporate experience along with a keen business acumen have enabled him to execute growth, restructuring, investment, M&A and exit strategies.

Chris is currently the VP of Finance for Autotrader, a $1.2B vehicle listing media business. Prior to joining Autotrader, he led the restructuring of Extremity Healthcare, Inc. a private network of clinics, MRI, Pathology and Surgical facilities. His focus on cash management, governance structures, and modified compensation plans, supported the elimination of personal guarantees from the organizatons debt.

Arndt was CFO and COO of two One Equity Partners funded businesses. Bargain Network, and My Choice Medical. Arndt created a new behavioral consumer rebill model, streamlined internal reporting, and instituted pricing strategies that boosted average lifetime retained revenue per customer by 29%. At My Choice Medical, a physician practice management and medical lending company, he reduced operating costs by 14%, risk adjusted lending models, and improved cash flow. His modified pricing structures drove 6% year-over-year revenue growth during a period of 28% market decline.

Earlier in his career, Arndt was a Financial Officer at ChoicePoint, leading the post data breech realignment of the Public Records Business. He initially joined ChoicePoint’s M&A Group, completing six transactions during his first year. Other corporate experiences included overseeing Equity investing at Scientific Atlanta, and the divestiture of its Satellite Networks group.

After completing his MBA, he advanced in just two years from Staff to Manager at Ernst & Young’s Restructuring Group (now Macquarie Group Limited).

Arndt has an MBA in Finance from Georgia State University, and a BA from UNC, Charlotte. He served Financial Executives International, as Southeast Director (2009 through 2011), and Chapter President (2008 and 2013).
