Infusion developers created a web portal solution for the Centract team that allows for the analysis and tracking of trends and data within property appraisals conducted nationwide as well as monitoring of additional real estate markets.

In addition, the dashboard also integrated a geospatial overlay that utilized Bing Maps to display business intelligence data within the various regions of Canada using SQL Analysis Services.

Infusion launched the Bing Maps World Cup application during the 2010 FIFA World Cup in South Africa so millions of fans could easily follow the month-long soccer finals. To deliver this unique experience for World Cup fans, the team of Infusion developers employed emerging Microsoft technologies Azure and Bing Maps.

The application opened to a world map that highlighted countries participating in the tournament through “pushpin” icons displaying their respective national flags. Clicking on a flag pin delivered team information and scheduling details, indicating the time of the team’s next match and their previous results in the tournament. FIFA World Cup

Working with Noront’s geologists, Infusion developers created a customized version of Infusion’s Falcon Eye for Microsoft Surface entitled Noront GSI. Using Surface’s unique multi-touch interface, Falcon Eye visualizes Noront’s data, maps, and analysis from mining operations.

This gives investors the ability to mine through visual and scientific data and turn it into a concise message that provides insight into Noront’s ongoing geological research. Data can be shown to investors in an informal and interactive way, with the capability of overlaying images on top of one another.

Using primarily Silverlight and Bing Maps, Infusion created an interactive mapping application that outlined the Vancouver 2010 Olympic Torch Relay route and its journey across Canada in real time. The application allowed users to select a specific day of the Relay, and explore how the route was traversed. Visitors were able to drill down into specific locations and dates to learn when the Torch was to pass a specific point and view regional multimedia.

Infusion collaborated with the EEA to develop a social, climate-change themed website entitled “Bend the Trend”. The aim of the site is to inform and inspire people globally to engage each other in an effort to combat climate change. Infusion developed an internet platform allowing users to pledge a lifestyle change, reducing greenhouse gas emissions from their daily consumption over the course of a year. Bend the Trend is the first application of its kind to demonstrate the collective efforts of an environmental pledging initiative, incorporate data from a pledge system, and display the aggregate effects of the pledges across the world.

BMO engaged Infusion to redevelop their existing BMO brand locator internet service. This legacy application required the user to enter detailed information for finding a bank location and subsequently output the results in a tabular display.

Infusion’s redeployment of the Branch Locator featured Microsoft technologies that permitted the user to enter minimal information and displayed the various branches graphically and with auxiliary data on a map. The user was able to manipulate the map to a desired location and, as the view changed, branch data updated to show the most relevant matches for the visible region.

Infusion's Bing Maps team was engaged by Microsoft on behalf of Shell to construct two mobile locator solutions, one for iPhone devices and one for Android smartphones. The applications allow users to visualize Shell retail and fleet station data on a map, generate routes, search for areas, and visualize their actual position on the map relative to stations.
