Function

To fit the BA Bin Activator, the silo cone hasto be shorter than usual, leaving a wideoutlet section. A flange supplied together withthe Bin Activator is welded on the silo outleton site. Special suspensions and a seamlessflanged SINTengineering polymer seal forma flexible connection between silo and BinActivator. One or two electric vibrators fitted tothe unit generate vibration of the Bin Activatorevery time the feeding device beneaththe silo is started for discharging material.During operation the Bin Activator describes agyratory movement which is transmitted to thematerial inside the silo. The result is smoothmaterial flow through the Bin Activator outletinto the connected feeder.

estrarre del materiale dal silo.Durante lestrazione il fondo vibrante effettuaun movimento circolare che si trasmette alprodotto allinterno del silo; ci induce un flussoomogeneo di materiale attraverso lo scarico delfondo vibrante verso il dispositivo di dosaggio etrasporto del materiale.

BA Bin Activators are devices of tapered conicalshape that due to vibration facilitate materialflow from hoppers or silos.

They consist of a seamless carbon or stainlesssteel cone spun on sheet metal lathes, aseamless SINTengineering polymer seal withintegrated top and bottom flange, suspensionsfor connection between Bin Activator and silo,as well as one or two electric vibrators.

FunktionUm den BA Vibroboden anbauen zuknnen, muss der Siloauslaufkonus krzersein als gewhnlich bzw. einen groenAuslaufdurchmesser aufweisen. Ein spezieller,zusammen mit dem Schwingboden gelieferterFlansch wird zunchst vor Ort an denSiloauslauf geschweit. Spezielle Aufhngungenund eine nahtlose Dichtmanschette ausSINT Polymerwerkstoff formen eineelastische Verbindung zwischen Silo undVibrationsaustragsboden. Ein oder in manchenFllen zwei Vibrationsmotoren versetzenden Vibroboden jedesmal in Schwingung,wenn das nachgeschaltete Dosiergert zurProduktaustagung eingeschaltet wird. Whrenddes Betriebs beschreibt der Schwingboden einekreisende Bewegung, die auf das Schttgutim Silo bertagen wird. Das Ergebnis istein gleichfrmiger Masseflu durch denAuslauf des Vibrationsaustragsbodens in dasnachfolgende Dosiergert.

latralement sur le fond BA produisent unevibration du fond tout entier, sans toutefoisfaire vibrer le silo plac dessus, chaque foisque le dispositif dextraction en aval du fondvibrant BA se met en service pour extraire lematriau du silo.Pendant lextraction le fond vibrant effectueun mouvement circulaire qui se transmetau produit lintrieur du silo; ceci induitun flux homogne de matriau travers ledchargement du fond vibrant vers le dispositifde dosage et de transport du matriau.

BA Bin Activators are used in various industrialapplications to facilitate discharging ofpowdery or granular materials from silos orhoppers. The use of this equipment ensuresoptimum feeding of the material and causingmass flow inside the silo, thus avoiding suchphenomena as bridging or rat holing.
