Explanation

Before moving ahead, one should be familier to the technicalities i.e. flow of working, type of work to be done, how to do it etc. inside a factory premisses.

At the very first level, client firm is asked for work by a consultant firm.

If ready both are ready to work with the given conditions then a PO is issued towards the consultant firm.

Explanation (Cont.)

At the next level the actual work is started. Now, some type of material, i.e. yarn here, is

sent by the client firm to the consultant firm Against this material a memo, generally stated

as incoming challan is issued. This challan is accepted by the consultant

company.

Actual Working

Technologies used

I have used following two technologies in my project:

Java Swings. MS-Access

Page 11: Billing software

Java Swings

Swing is the primary Java GUI widget toolkit. Swing was developed to provide a more

sophisticated set of GUI components than the earlier Abstract Window Toolkit.

Swing provides a native look and feel that emulates the look and feel of several platforms.

MS-Access

MS-Access is Relational Data Base Management software from Microsoft that combines the relational Microsoft’s Database Engine with a graphical user interface and software-development tools.

It is a member of the Microsoft Office suite of applications, included in the Professional and higher editions and also sold separately.

Need

This software is needed because of the Data. Data is becoming too much that it can’t be

handled with the file system approach. Because this software is able to handled a very

large amount of data. So one should not worry about the data

because it is stored in a data base.
