Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: 1

SECTION 1. Notwithstanding the requirements of 33 V.I.C., §3094, the sum of 2

$150,000 is appropriated from the Breast, Cervical and Prostate Cancer Awareness 3

Program Fund in the fiscal year ending September 30, 2010 to the Governor Juan F. Luis 4

Hospital for the purchase of a mammogram machine. 5
