The Seller grants, sells and transfers full ownership of the above mentioned vehicle to the Buyer.

The Seller certifies that the vehicle at the time of sale has no taxes, fees and or liens due on it and that the Seller will be held fully responsible for any unlawful claims and demand with respect to the above mentioned vehicle prior to the date of sale.
