Big trouble! Furious Trump slams 'so-called' judge's decision to controversially halt his immigration order in morning Twitter tirade and claims 'certain Middle Eastern countries AGREE with the ban' Source: Daily Mail So as you’ve probably heard, the very first policy Trump attempted to pass as President was banning immigrants from 7 primarily Islamic countries in the name of security and safety. He was obviously trying to use terrorism as a justification. However, Judge James Robart temporarily halted Trump’s order. Trump went on a Twitter rant about the ordeal and how ridiculous it is that as President, he can’t even pass laws in the name of safety and security without being opposed. In my opinion, this judge has made the right decision and considering all the protests in the UK as well as the US, most of the first and third world agree. If we compare the outrage between the UK citizens and US citizens, it’s quite remarkable how similar they are considering that it doesn’t even effect many of the protesters here in the UK. I’m personally affected because I plan to move to the US as soon as possible but that isn’t the case for many other protesters and the fact that they’re also taking up arms (figuratively) against Trump means he must be doing something wrong. I’ve never seen a World Leader’s actions criticized so harshly by people who may not even be involved except for dictators and if that’s not a red flag for America, I don’t know what is. This story is a representation of issues, regional & national identity and religion.
