BIG DATA IN IMI 2
Big Data im Gesundheitsbereich
• Große Datenmengen zu PatientInnen/Therapien verfügbar
=> Krankenhäuser, Versicherungen, private Praxen/Labors,
Internetforen
• Verarbeitung großer Datenmengen durch moderne
Informationstechnologien
• Vision einer personalisierten Medizin:
=> persönlich abgestimmte Behandlungen
=> Nebenwirkungen individuell vorhersagbar
=> besser Vorsorge: Risikofaktoren bekannt

Calls 6 und 7
REAL WORLD OUTCOMES ACROSS THE AD SPECTRUM (ROADS) TO BETTER CARE
Ausgangssituation/Ziele
• AD häufigste Form von Demenz, Behandlungen limitiert
• Datenstandards für AD
=> geeignete Endpunkte in “real-world” Datensets
=> Modellierung der Entstehungsgeschichte von AD und von
Wirkungsanalysen durch “real-world” Daten
=> Strategie zur Integration vielfältiger Datenquellen
=> Transformations-Algorithmen: Vergleich von Ergebnissen

REAL WORLD OUTCOMES ACROSS THE AD SPECTRUM (ROADS) TO BETTER CARE
“Real-world data”
• NICHT aus klinischen Studien (kontrollierte
Bedingungen)
• unterschiedliche Datenquellen: PatientInnen, Ärzte,
Krankenhäuser, Krankenversicherungen und soziale
Daten
