Big Bang ceiling lamp is composed of overlaying layers of methacrylate, creating adynamic composition around a bright central nucleus, from which the light isreleased in all directions. The bright body with a strong spatial value, is enhancedby an interplay of light and shadow, Big Bang is ideal to personalize environmentswith di erent styles. Available in red or white, Big Bang creates di used light andre ection on the ceiling.

Wall/ceiling lamp with re ected and di used light. The lamp consists of 6 di erent shaped slabs, in translucent white orcolored methacrylate, secured to the mount by two small metal rods. Wall or ceiling mounting plate and mount, housing thelighting technology part, made of aluminium color epoxy powder coated die cast zamak.

After several signi cant professionalexperiences in the eld of design, heteamed up with Enrico Franzolini in the BigBang project, entailing lamps with anexuberant personality that bring to mind thedynamism of an explosion.

Subsequently, he created the modularlighting project, Fields, which draws itsinspiration from the view of a landscapefrom above, as well as the Le Soleil lamps,spheres of irregular strips creating a specialluminous e ect.

His artistic research as a youth led tomultiple participations in collective andpersonal exhibitions, starting with theBiennale in 1972, in the decorative artssection.

In parallel with his artistic research, hedeveloped his engagement in the elds ofarchitecture and industrial design. Hisstudio tackles very di erent design topicsin terms of scale and subject matter, butthey all share a recognisable method andstylistic consistency. Together with VicenteGarcia Jimenez, he designed the Big Banglamp, which is an explosion of criss-crossing planes that leads to a completelyunprecedented type of lighting.
