We pride ourselves onthe beef that we supply. Our Halal-certified beef is sourcedfrom Rastelli Global plants aroundthe world including USA and Poland. The choice of beef we supply isextensive. It is available based oncustomer’s preference for particularbreeds such as Angus and Kobe forexample. Or can be grass/grainfed.The type of aging can be wet or intensivedry. We also follow internationalgrading systems for quality and yield.
We are fully geared to expertlyoffer customers any type of cut theymay require. Tenderloin, Striploin, Ribeye,T-Bone, rump are our most popularcuts. We also provide value-added beefsteak, diced, strips, julienne, mince,portion-cut steaks and more.
