Work Smart! resource* pgs. 11 – 23).Ensure WSIB coverage for the student (WEA or through placement employer).Ensure there is an agreement between placement employer and teacher for the safety orientation, training and supervision of student, with confirmation of what will be delivered, where, when and how.

This workshop will present an overview of “Pathways to Success” - a fun, half-day program based on an original, interactive board game which was launched in schools across Windsor Essex County in February 2008. It was designed to engage students in thinking about career choices and education requirements for their own future. It is intended to build awareness and anticipation of the many learning opportunities available in Secondary School and beyond.
