Using this fee proposal bid form state your compensation for your Construction Management services (including pre-construction involvement, starting with the beginning of design development in November 2016 through construction, as defined within this RFP). (This fee is to include cost of corporate executives, principal in charge, project executive, general superintendent, project manager, accounting, scheduling, purchasing, system development, estimating, cost engineers, project coordinator, project expediter, safety office, general liability insurance, workers’ compensation insurance, FICA insurance, federal and state unemployment insurance, bid package and construction documents distribution, contractors’ licenses and any other overhead items as required and generally described in AIA document A133- 2009 CMC, Article 6). 3. Complete a detailed, itemized listing/budget estimate for reimbursable

general condition items as defined in AIA document A121 CMC, Article 6 using the following general conditions chart/worksheet. The quoted estimate amounts are subject to negotiation. All costs related to main office (and branch offices), including management and support staff, insurance, overhead and profit, etc., in support of this project are to be included in your base fee. All other project expenses and costs will be included in the construction contract bid documents.
