3. bibliotheek als gids
heeft als voornaamste taken om kwalitatief en kritisch te leren zoeken, vinden en interpreteren, resultaten eigen te maken en opnieuw te verspreiden
4. bibliotheek als participant
de bibliotheek en haar medewerkers zijn volwaardig participanten en visibel in de globale 2.0 online dialoog, op gelijke voet met de andere gebruikers
