SUMMARY
Phase 1 (four weeks):
Prototype then deploy V1
Design and build a prototype data warehouse and BI solution. Demo solution to business stake holders for feedback. Then enhance and harden this into the V1 BI solution and deploy it in week 4.
Phase 2 (four weeks):
Stake holders use the solution and compile feedback for enhance-ments
During this phase the V1 solution is in production providing value. Users compile enhancement suggestions for V2. Pragmatic Works team is NOT active.
Phase 3 (four weeks):
V2 development and deployment to production
Pragmatic Works team re-engages with the project and together with the in-house team enhances the solution with additional facts, di-mensions, business rules, and presentation layer based on phase 2 user feedback. V2 solution deployed to production in week 4. Complete solution documentation set provid-ed.

of production use during phase 2, we come back for phase 3 to enhance and deploy V2. Every step of
