Affixing of recent passport size photograph matching with the one uploaded in the online application, on the space provided above under

self attestation is essential before entering in the test hall.

Bring Blue/Black Ball Pen. You may use an H.B. Pencil and Eraser for rough work.2.

You should ascertain exact location of the venue well in advance prior to date of test.3.

Use of books, notebooks, calculators, cell phones etc. is not permitted in this test. Cell Phones, pagers, calculators or any such devices are not allowed

inside the premises of the test venue, as arrangement for their safekeeping cannot be assured. Any candidate found resorting to any unfair means

including giving/receiving help to/from any candidate during the test will be disqualified. The candidate should be vigilant to ensure that no other

candidate is able to copy from his/her answers.

Candidate can take with him/her the question booklet and carbon copy of the OMR answer sheet after the test is over.5.

Impersonation, use of unfair means shall lead to cancellation of the candidature over & above other suitable action(s) against the candidate.6.

Your admission to the test is strictly provisional. The mere fact that the admit card has been issued to you does not imply that your candidature has been

finally accepted by the University or that the entries made by you in your online application for test have been accepted by BHU as true and correct. You

may please note that the University will take up the verification of eligibility conditions i.e. age, educational qualifications and category (i.e. SC/ST/OBC

/Physically challenged/Sports Quota/Employee ward etc.) with reference to original documents only at the time of counseling.

You will not be allowed to leave the test centre before the closure of the test.8.

In the test hall, on the OMR Answer sheet you have to write your Roll Number, Question Booklet Series, question booklet number, course & subject,

category etc. in the area provided and blacken the corresponding circle(s).
