Significance of the study:

- Tracking of the most searched movies by the customers would be easier to know by having the proposed system.

- Employers will never have to spend much time to notify the customers through messaging the customers one-by-one by automatically sending messages or GSM.

- Proposed system will record the data of the customers that automatically shows if it is needed. Records the required payments of the customers. And remains there in a long period of time.

Background of the Study:

Brief History:

My Cinema is an entity that makes the customer rent their product, which is VCD’s and DVD’s. Their products have different genres. There’s a horror movies, romantic, comedy, action movies, etc. And their products are VCDs and DVDs of local and international films.

This entity once have been called as Video City. The name of the entity changed because of the new ownership. And Mrs. Cecille Guila, the owner of My Cinema is the one who changed the name from Video City to My Cinema.

It is located at Unit 2 Alba-Banzon Building St. Joseph Street Poblacion, Balanga City, Bataan. They have started their operation last December 2014. And their operation starts from 9am to 9pm, every Mondays to Sundays.

The entity has three employees which includes the manager and the two staffs helping the manager to make transactions with the customers.

Their target markets are the workers that don’t have time to go out and watch movies in theaters.
