Select SharePoint from the left hand side. This can be changed to match the institution name of their SharePoint environment.

Select the file they want. predefined SharePoint document libraries can be set by the Moodle admin or a new navigation feature will be available

The User selects the file they require.

When user select the file the document is loaded from SharePoint

Key Features

The documents are stored in SharePoint If the SharePoint file is updated, the file is

updated in Moodle. The file is never uploaded to Moodle, it is linked

to SharePoint. Users can edit the file using the check out

features in SharePoint while students still view the currently available file.

SharePoint files can be made available offline using SharePoint workspaces allowing staff to edit files at home and then upload changes when online.
