They commit to respect the quality requirements of the Erasmus Charter forHigher Education in all aspects related to the organisation and management of the mobility, in particular therecognitlon of the credits awarded to students by the partner institution.

PL SZCZECI02: Students wlth disabilities can be accepted after the consultatlon with the FacultyCoordinator and InternationalOffice (educational rnatters). The Faculty of Electrlcal Engineering isfully accessible to persons with physical disablllties. There are eleveters. ramps and automaticdoors In each buildinq that make the didactic facilities easyto access for students usingwheelchalrs. Some rooms accessible to wheelchairs are available in one of the student houses aswelL.

3. A Transcript of Records will be issued by the receiving institution no later than 4 weeksafter the assessment period has finished at the receiving HEL. [It should norma/ly notexceed five weeks according to the Erasmus Charter for Higher Educatian guidelines]

4. Termination of the agreement

A notice of at least one academic year should be given. This rneans that a unilateraldeclsion to discontinue the exchanges notlfied to the other partv by ıSeptember 20XX willonly take effect as of ı September 20XX+L Neither the European Commission nor theNational Agencies can be held responsible in case of a conflict.
