WelcomeFollowing recent discussion with numerous clients and industry
professionals, I am still surprised by the lack of understanding and
application of social media. At the end of the day it is a tool like any
other business option but businesses are really missing the boat when
it comes to business intelligence such as travel, safety, security,
marketing and operations. This month I have included a section on
how to use Google Docs as part of an entry solution but will have
even more in the next newsletters following a number of requests.
