overseeing the Title 1 teachers mentored me and observed me a handful of times while working with students.

While at Goshen schools I was paired with a mentor teacher. I also worked closely with the lead teacher on our

second grade team.

The teachers on my team, my mentor, and my principal helped and prepared me by giving me advice on

planning and discipline and encouraging me during my first year teaching.
