The hotel is comprised of 16 uniquely appointedstunning suites, a chic bar and a tantalizingrestaurant.

The inspiration of TwentySeven was to create anunforgettable and surreal atmosphere for gueststhat have 'seen it all', to create an environmentthat guests have truly never experienced before. Tofeel completely taken into an alternate andintimate reality where one can forget about theworld for a time. To create a magical impact on allof their senses genuine care and innovation wasthe key.

• 16 Suites:3 Junior Suites - from 40 up to 47 square meters : €540- €12006 One Bedroom Suites - from 51 up to 75 square meters: €700-€2,2007 Stunning Signature Suites, each with special features and ability toconnect suites for up to 3 bedrooms plus terrace (more explanation below)5 of these are 2- bedroom suites: size ranges from 60 up to 245 squaremeters: €1,200 and up

• Expected Average Room Rate:€1,200 (Junior suites starting at €540. Highest category suites can go ashigh as €8,000 in high season for special suites)

• Occupancy Rate: 80% - 85%
