2 Cups prawns, 2 Onions, 2 Capsicums, 2 tsp Pepper, 1 tablespoon Soy sauce, 2 tablespoons
Spring onion, 4 tablespoons Maida, 4 tablespoons Corn flour, 2 Garlic flakes, 2 Eggs, 1 Pinch
Ajinomoto, Salt to taste, Pepper and sugar to taste, and Oil for frying
Directions
� Chop the onions, capsicum, green chillies, garlic and ginger
� Clean the prawns.
� Mix maida, corn flour, eggs, salt, pepper and sugar to make a batter.
� Heat the oil.
� Dip the prawn pieces in batter.
� Fry them till they arereddish brown in colour.
� Drain and keep them aside.
� Heat the oil.
� Add chopped ginger, garlic, chopped vegetables and green chillies one by one.
� Stir them well.
� Now add the prawns.
� Mix salt, sugar, pepper, ajinomoto and soy sauce.
� Now stir the mixture by adding water.
� Once the mixture is half cooked, add spring onions.
� Mix it well.
� Chilly Prawn is ready.
Another best seafood recipe about which I will share my views is Fish Korma. Here goes the
recipe:
Recipe for Fish Korma
Ingredients
Basa Fish Fillets (1 kg), Oil – For Frying, Onions (chopped) – 1/2 cup full, Ginger Garlic Paste – 1
tbsp, Cumin Powder – 1 tsp, T urmeric Powder- 1 tsp, Cinnamon Ground – 1/4 tsp, Coriander
Powder – 2 tsp, Black Pepper – 1/2 tsp, Red Chillies – 3, Lemon Juice – 1 tsp, Amchur (Mango
Powder) – 1/2 tsp, Garam Masala – 1/2 tsp, Hing – Very Little, Cream – 1/2 cup, Salt to taste
Directions
� Cut Fish to medium size pieces. Apply Lemon Juice, Salt, T urmeric Powder and Black Pepper
and keep them aside for 1/2 hour.
� After that shallow fry these fish pieces till they turn brown and keep them aside.
� T ake a Food Processor or blender and make a puree of ginger garlic paste, onion, red
chillies, cumin powder, and cinnamon. Add little water as required.
� In the same pan as used for frying fish take oil and heat it on medium flame then add puree
and stir it frequently until a pleasant aroma starts coming from it.
� T hen add cream, coriander powder, salt, garam masala, hing, amchur and simmer it on
