my identity, and my ability to live life.

I was abused so much, emotionally and physically,

that I chose to escape

after 3 police reports… I was placed in the shelter

for victims of domestic violence… and, formerly successful, I became...

HOMELESS

and HELPLESS

In a foreign country,

without speaking the
