pleasant during most of the day. People peeping out of office

windows crave for a break and why not! It is just the perfect

season to roam around and enjoy the lovely weather. Here are

some of the amazing, handpicked locations to meet your souls

this monsoon season. Just pick up your rides with your gang and

head towards these lovely places this rainy season.

1. Pipliyapala Regional Park

If you do not wish to go out of the city, this is a place where you enjoy nature at its best this rainy season. It’s a well planned beautiful garden with

Bridges and fountains. Next to the park is a big lake with boating facility. One can go bath in the lake or take a big round and have food in the recently

started cruise. It is one of the best places to be this monsoon.

2. Patalpani Waterfall

This waterfall is almost at a distance of 50 km from Indore near Mhow. The closest from the IIM Indore Campus. Adorned with Lush green grass all

around the waterfall, this place becomes vivacious in the monsoon season. You can go there to enjoy the beauty of nature and feel peace in the serene waters. It is one spot where you can go out with friends for an evening stroll

3. Tincha Falls

This one is for all the wanderers and adventure seekers. Tincha falls located near the small area of Simrol. One can reach here through Khandwa Road.

For all the nature lovers Tincha falls is just the right place to be at this season. Lots of greenery surrounds the beautiful waterfalls, and the place is

peaceful. A must visit this monsoon.

4. Janapav

Janapav is also known as the Janapav Kuti. It is located at around 35 km from Indore towards Mumbai near a village named Hasalpur. Surrounded by

a dense forest at an elevation. It is considered to be the second highest point in the Malwa region. This place holds a lot of historical importance. For

all the trekking lovers this is one of the places where you should visit this monsoon.

5. Sheetla Mata Falls

Another place which is a must visit during the monsoon season is Sheetla Mata fall. Located in Manpur area in the Mhow district these falls are amazingly

beautiful. The waterfalls have surplus water, and the whole place turns green and lovely. The water is falling amidst two hills and forms a shallow lake under it

where you can get in the water and have fun. An ideal picnic place to visit with your family this monsoon season.

6. Hanumantiya/ Hanuwantia

Hanumantiya is Artifical beach recently developed as a tourism spot by Government. Since the spot is located near Khandwa, it has good

connectivity through roads. 155 km from Indore, it is more of an island formed by the Backwaters of the Indira Sagar Dam. You can enjoy various

activities like Boating, Swimming, Beach Volleyball, etc. It is a must visit place with family this picnic season.

7. Choral Dam

This dam is situated at the Mhow-Mandaleshwar road approximately 50 Km from Indore. This place is a home to beautiful species of birds that contribute to the beauty of this place in monsoon. Scenic beauty is

abundant here, and one should go for a boat ride in the waters of Choral. Ideal location for relaxation on a weekend.

8. Omkareshwar

Mountains have their beauty and monsoon adds additional charm to it. Omkareshwar is a perfect hangout for family, friends as well as couples. If you prefer natural water instead of swimming pool, this place is just the
