arranged, organisedandbrought about for andonbehalf ofMahlasediMedia andCommunication (MMC) and the Sponsors as well as the agents, independentcontractors,associatedentities,serviceproviders,andallandanyotherassociated,related and other entities and organizations’ concerned with, related orparticipating in, directly or indirectly in the promotion or conduct in the widestsenseof theLIMAandall the associated activities aswell as all of thedirectors, ,partners,associates,agents, independent contractorsand/orserviceproviders inanycapacityofanyoftheabove.We therefore assume to ourselves and on behalf of the nominees, all risk andresponsibilityarisingfromanyloss,mishap,injury,harmanddamageofwhatsoevernatureandhowsoeverarising.WefurthermoreindemnifyandholdMMC, itsassociatedentitiesSponsors,agents,independentcontractors,orserviceprovidersharmlessandwaiveandabandonandrenounce any claim of whatsoever nature and howsoever arising which weourselvesorandactingonbehalfofthenomineemayhaveagainstMMC,theLIMASponsors, agents, Independent Contractors or, service providers arising from ourparticipationintheLIMAanditsprocesses.Thisindemnityandwaiverisbindingonour successors-in-title and /or assignees. We therefore waive,abandon and renounce any right to contest, challenge, dispute or enter in tolitigation or claim or other process in respect of the LIMA, its processes and/oroutcomeorotherwise,howsoeverarising.Thiswaiver and indemnity (other than the rules of the LIMA) constitute the soletermsandconditionsapplicablehereto. Anyfailuretoenforceanyoftherightsin
