BESPOKE FURNITURE, HANDCRAFTED IN LONDON

Blackbird Bespoke specialise in distinctive and contemporary metal furniture. Our unique collection of furniture, lighting and mirrors are

individually handcrafted by our highly-skilled craftsmen to create authentic, luxuriant finishes.

With simplicity at the core of our design, we take inspiration from the world around us to create timeless pieces of furniture that are built to

last. We combine traditional blacksmithing skills with modern proprietary tools and techniques to create sculptural, luxury pieces of furniture.

We’re extremely proud to design and handcraft all of our pieces at our Central London workshop, a place we’ve called home for the last 60

years. It is the creative heart of our business and where we transform our ideas and bring them to life.

As well as customising our existing designs by size, colour and finish, we also collaborate with private clients, architects and designers looking to

commission original pieces. Whether we are working to a specific brief or a simple sketched idea, our team of skilled artisans will develop solutions and suggestions to turn your bespoke furniture requirements into reality.

MOSAIC DINING TABLE

This unique Mosaic Dining Table pays homage to a traditional Italian floor. Made up of 141 individually patinated mild-steel and brass tiles, this unique table top blends a fusion of industrial colours and textures.

This is the first piece in a range of mosaic patterned furniture. Also available with inlay or overhanging glass top.

ORIGAMI CONSOLE TABLE

Inspired by the ancient art of folding paper to create a 3D design, this table has been handcrafted using mild steel to create a geometric

pattern of squares. Shown here in a hand-applied bronze finish with 15mm thick glass top.

BIRD’S NEST CONSOLE TABLE

A unique design inspired by the National Stadium in Beijing, China, this sculptural table is made from a single sheet of laser-cut steel which is

then heated and shaped by hand. The underside is hand-painted purposefully in a dark colour to accentuate the bold patterned lines.

RA CONSOLE TABLE

Elegant and timeless in design, the Ra Console Table is made up of several multi-stranded rings forged together to create a stunning,

round base on which the top appears to float. Shown here in bronze finish and metal top.

HANOI CONSOLE TABLE

Made from stainless steel, the Hanoi Console Table has been textured to provide a unique, ripple like texture which has then been polished to

create a beautiful shine. Shown here with a specialists eggshell lacquered top.


KYOTO CONSOLE TABLE

Based on the iconic shape of a Shinto Torri gateway, the Kyoto Console Table features two mild steel legs connected by a carefully pinned lower

shelf and completed with a floating stone or marble top. Shown here with a black patinated base and sandstone top.

LUNA MIRROR

Symbolic of the moon, the Luna Mirror is a uniquely specialist piece of furniture made from mild steel. The piece de resistance within the

Blackbird mirror family, it has a highly distressed convex mirror and luxurious white bronze frame which captures and emits contrasting light.

MIDNIGHT MIRROR

The Midnight Mirror is similar in shape and style to it’s contemporary the Luna Mirror, but the dark blue steel finish provides a darker, more

CHELSEA MIRROR

Classic and timeless in the design, the Chelsea Mirror offers a delicate looking frame that works well with both convex and standard mirrors.

APOLLO MIRROR

Completely unique in design, the smooth inner ring of this mirror frame contrasts against the highly textured ripple metal. Shown here in a bronze

CLAVIUS MIRROR

Made up of hundreds of individual indents, the Clavius Mirror frame offers true depth. Each crater is unique to the next and offers the mirror a subtle but classic look. Shown here in an old gold finish with a standard

LIGHTING TO1 CHANDELIER

The TO1 Chandelier is in the shape of a truncated octahedron and is made up of fourteen mild steel and brass sides. The steel tiles have been

given a hand-painted black finish which contrasts against the antiqued brass tiles. There are 12 lighting components which make up

the chandelier.

TORCHERE WALL LIGHT

The Torchere Wall Light offers a dramatic lighting solution with a tapered spike which runs down the light fixture. When illuminated, the glow of the lamp shines against the back and front of the discs creating a warm

glow. Shown here in old gold finish.

DISCUS WALL LIGHT

A unique piece of lighting, the Discus Wall Light is made up of two mild steel discs with the light fitting sandwiched in-between. Once

illuminated, the disc behind the fitting creates a gentle, warm glow. Shown here in an old gold finish.


EMPIRE STANDARD LAMP

Inspired by the famous sky scraper, the Empire State Building, this standard floor lamp has four tiers and is timeless in design. A highly

versatile piece of lighting, this floor lamp is shown here in a bronze finish.

IRVING LAMP

Based on the Irving building based on Wall Street, New York, this unique table lamp with its intricate metal work forged together creates a highly

textured and decorative lamp. Shown here in an antique silver finish.


HEPWORTH TABLE LAMP

A nod to Barbara Hepworth’s largest and most prominent sculptural piece, Single Form, which can be found displayed outside of the UN headquarters in New York. This irregular table lamp, shown here in a

bronze finish, with signature circular hole is classic and timeless in design.

RA TABLE LAMP

This stunning table lamp is created by forging several steel rings together to create one, multi-stranded ring, which sits on a mild-steel
