HGOR provided planning and design for the proposed new tennis complex which is located on a 30-acre tract adjacent to the northeast corner of Mount Berry Square Mall . The joint venture between Berry College, City of Rome, Floyd County and the United States Tennis Association looked at building one of the largest tennis complexes in the country.

The conceptual plan, endorsed and jointly prepared with the USTA, creates a complex with over 70 courts including youth and adult courts, club house, retail and a storm water management system designed to treat water quality and provided necessary detention.
