The modular and pre-fabricated Integrated Power Solutions (IPS) concept gives you the benefits of a highly efficient, environmentally friendly and cost-effective power plant design.

Whether you need a complete power plant, auxiliary power supply or a pumping set, anywhere in the world, we can develop the ideal solution for you. Power plants from 2 MW to 200 MW and beyond can be configured for your application needs.

The IPS concept facilitates a decentralised power production concept which minimizes transmission and distribution losses, reduces costs and maximises power availability.

We understand your focus on total life-cycle performance. To help you, we have the infrastructure in place to provide total aftermarket service and support for the entire life of your installation.

We provide free technical support through our 24/7 telephone service, to ensure that any unexpected events are taken care of immediately.

Our modularised IPS concept is the best option for many applications as lead time is short, and no extensive on-site construction is required.

Power ramp-up and ramp-down times are short, and it is easy to adjust the total power output to support a fluctuating energy demand. As the concept is modular, additional generator sets can quickly be added if the total power demand should stabilise on a higher level.

General conditions for stationary engines and generating sets

Definition of engine power and performance data are in accordance with ISO 3046-1, ISO 8528-1 and ISO 15550.

Engine and generator performance may be adjusted in accordance with application, site conditions, load profile and fuel type.

Natural gas operationReference fuel for gas engines has a lower heating value (LHV) of 36MJ/Nm3 and methane number of >80.

Liquid fuel operationSpecific fuel oil consumption is based on marine diesel oil (MDO) with a net calorific value of 42,7 MJ/kg and two engine driven pumps.

Heavy fuel oil operationThe engines are designed for operations on heavy fuel oil with viscosity up to 700 cSt at 50 C within ISO 8217.

EmissionsEngine exhaust emission levels are below the limits for engine driven power plants, as stated in the World Bank Groups Pollution Prevention and Abatement Handbook.

Heat recoveryData for arranging heat recovery is available upon request.

    DimensionsAll dimensions are in mm.
