Yo11r Affiant has probable cause to believe on August 31 2018 and September 5 2018 Correctional Officer Tiffany N Pearson (Officer Pearson) in the Coul)ty of Jacmiddotkson and t~~ State of Florida did commit the criminal qffense of Introduction of Contraband Into a State Correctional Institution (Communication) in violation of s 94447 (1)(a)(1) Fla Stat when Officer Pearson did aQtualiy and intentionally introduce through unauthorized channels into the secure perimeter of Apalachee Correctional ln$titution electronically transmitted written andorrecorded communication and images to an inmate Furthermore Officer PealSon did commit the criminal offense of Interference with Prisoners in violation of s 94439 Fla Stai bullbull when Offl~er Pearson engaged In a personal relationship with ail inmlte u_nder the supervision of thl Florida Depi~ment c)f Corrections and while doing so allowed the Inmate to violate laws of the Stat~ of Florida and rules of the Department of Corrections Lastly Officer Pearsol did ccmmit the criminal offense of Unlawful Use of a Two-way Communication Device in violation of s 934215 Fla Stat when Officer Pearson used a cellular telephone to introduce contraband communication to an Inmate housed at Apalachee Correctional Institution

During review of the da~ contained in a contraband cellular telephone recovered from_ Apalachel Correctiolal lnstltu1ion on November 5 middot2018 a contact uPearson was identified associated with telephone numbermiddot A text message thread dated August 31 2018 with contact Pearson was noted containing two nude Images of a black female In one of the two transmitted Image~ a tattoo Is visibl_e abpve one breast The tattoo appears to match Officer Pearsons tattoo visible in tier public social media of what appears to be a series of Roman numeric characters visible aboveone of Office_t Pearsonbull~ breasts

In the September 5th communicatlon Officer Pearson Indicates the inmate made her mad the night before Officer Pearsons text message lndi~tes the inmate was smoking with other inmates In the dormitory and attracted the attention of another officer

Officer Pearson was working on the night of September 4 2018 and was assigned to P-dormitory

Sworn testimony was obtained during this investigation from an inmate housed In P-dormitory on September 4 2018 and Identified as a user of f_he recovered contraband celhllar ielephone The Inmate confirnled In a recorded Interview he was communicating with Officer Pearscn by text messages and stie had Sent him images som~ of which 111fere unclothed Images of ~~4
