Bent-Over Barbell Row
Execution 1. Hold the barbell using an overhand grip with your hands shoulder-width
apart and your arms extended. Stand with your back leaning forward about 45 degrees to the floor.
2. Keeping your torso motionless, pull the barbell up vertically to your lower chest.
3. After a brief pause, lower the barbell to the starting position.
