1. A variance from §232-411(12) to allow three of the proposed gas pumps to be 105’ from the convenience food store instead of the allowable maximum of 85’.
2. A variance from §232-411(13)(b) to allow a proposed floor area of 4,736 sq. ft., which exceeds the maximum of 3,000 sq. ft.
3. A variance from § 232-411(13)(c) to allow the proposed impervious surface coverage to be 70.20% which exceeds the allowable maximum of 60% and the required minimum of 40% natural green area.
4. A variance from § 232-714(b)(2)d.1.(i) to allow the free-standing sign face area of 269 sq. ft. which exceeds the maximum allowable of 150 sq. ft.
5. A variance from § 232-714(b)(2)d.1.(i) to allow the plan proposed with two free-standing signs along the Rockhill Drive frontage instead of the one that is permitted.
