1. Beneficiary renewal Application
लाभार्थी नवीनीकरण अप्ललकेशन
Registered user can go to https://sso.rajasthan.gov.in/signin and enter their user name
and password (User name and password should be correct) as shown below.
पहले से ससिंगल सतइन ऑन सुविधत पर पिंजीकृर् उपयोगकर्ता को अपनत username और
password डतलकर लॉगगन करनत है. इसके बतद उपयोगकर्ता को िेलकम पेज ददखतई देगत
Upon logging, page shown as below will appear. For transaction in LDMS, you have to
select LDMS, highlighted red as below.
जब आप अपने लॉगगन वििरण के सतथ कर रहे हैं, र्ो नीचे ददखतयत गयत पषृ्ठ ददखतई देगत। LDMS में प्रक्रियत के सलए, आपको LDMS कत चयन करनत होगत, जैसे नीचे लतल रिंग से गचस्ननर् है।

Page shown below will appear after clicking on LDMS icon, In order to register
as a beneficiary and to avail benefit schemes, click on "BOCW Welfare Board”
link on the left menu.
LDMS पर स्ललक करने के बतद नीचे ददयत गयत पेज ददखतई देगत. श्रसमक रस्जतरेशन करने र्थत योजनत कत आिेदन करने के सलए बतयीिं र्रफ ददए गए “BOCW Welfare Board” सलिंक पर स्ललक करें.

After clicking on “Beneficiary Renewal” link the below form will open.
लतभतथी निीनीकरण बटन पर स्ललक करने के बतद नीचे कत फॉमा खुल जतएगत।
Go to BOCW welfare board>beneficiary renewal, than the following page will
appear.
बीओसीडब्ल्यू क्यतण बोडा> लतभतथी निीकरण पर जतएिं, ननम्न पषृ्ठ ददखतई देगत।
Now Type your registration number in the Search Registration Box and Get your
Details as shown below.

अब सचा रस्जतरेशन बॉलस में अपनत रस्जतरेशन निंबर टतइप करें और अपनत वििरण प्रतप्र् करें । नीचे ददखतयत गयत है।
Select the radio button (marked below) against appropriate record and fill the
remaining details for renewal. After filling all the details click the “Submit”
button (marked below) to avail renewal facility.
उपयुलर् विक्प ितले रेडडयो बटन (नीचे गचस्ननर्) कत चयन करके निीकरण के सलए शेष वििरण भरनत होगत। सभी वििरण भरने के बतद निीनीकरण सुविधत प्रतप्र् करने के सलए सबसमट बटन (नीचे गचस्ननर्) पर स्ललक करें।

After filling all details, proceed for your renewal, by clicking submit button.
Following screen appears after submission of your form.
सभी वििरण भरने के बतद सबसमट बटन पर स्ललक करके अपने निीनीकरण के सलए आगे बढें। आपके फॉमा को जमत करने के बतद ननम्नसलखखर् छवि ददखतई देगी.
Now, you can check your application`s status on your dashboard.

2. Department works on Renewal application
ववभाग लाभार्थी नवीनीकरण आवेदन पर काम करता है
After submission of application, appropriate authority responds to the same.
Application is visible on the dashboard of the Officer.
आिेदन जमत करने के बतद, अगधकतरी निीनीकरण के उस आिेदन पर प्रनर्क्रियत देगत। आप डैशबोडा पर देख सकरे् हैं क्रक आिेदन अगधकतरी के तर्र पर लिंबबर् है।
Authority goes to “BOCW Welfare Board” > “Beneficiary Renewal”

Below screen will appear after clicking “Beneficiary Renewal”. Click on the
relevant application number for suitable processing of application.
लतभतथी निीनीकरण कत चयन करने के बतद नीचे तिीन ददखतई देगी। आिेदन की उपयुलर् प्रोसेससिंग के सलए सिंबिंगधर् एस्प्लकेशन निंबर पर स्ललक करें।
Click on the application number and open the application. Below screen will
appear.
आिेदन सिंख्यत पर स्ललक करें और आिेदन खोलें। नीचे तिीन ददखतई देगी।

Authority can perform any of the below mentioned actions on the application.
अगधकतरी आिेदन पर ननम्नसलखखर् कतराितईयो में से कोई सी भी कर सकर्त है।
• Clarification तपष्टीकरण
• Payment भुगर्तन
• Reject अतिीकतर
3. Authority sends the application for Clarification
Authority can send the application for clarification by ticking on the check box as
shown in the figure.
अगधकतरी आकृनर् में ददखतए अनुसतर चेक बॉलस पर दटक करके तपष्टीकरण के सलए आिेदन भेज सकरे् हैं।

On clicking the clarification button, the application will be send to citizen for
clarification.
तपष्टीकरण बटन पर स्ललक करने पर, आिेदन को तपष्टीकरण के सलए नतगररक को भेजत जतएगत।

4. Clarification by Citizen After login , citizen has to search application number to fulfill the requirement
of clarification
लॉगगन करने के बतद, नतगररक को नीचे ददखतए गए तपष्टीकरण की आिश्यकर्त को पूरत करने के सलए एस्प्लकेशन निंबर खोजनत होगत।
Now, click on application number to find the details of required clarification.
अब, आिश्यक तपष्टीकरण के वििरण को खोजने के सलए आिेदन सिंख्यत पर स्ललक करें।

Citizen can upload the required attachment by clicking on the “choose file”
browse button and upload the required file.
आिेदक "फतइल चुनें" ब्रतउज़ बटन पर स्ललक करके आिश्यक अनुलग्नक अपलोड कर सकर्त है और आिश्यक फतइल अपलोड कर सकर्त है।

After uploading the file citizen can check the status of his application on his
dashboard.
फतइल अपलोड करने के बतद नतगररक अपने डशैबोडा पर अपने आिेदन की स्तथनर् देख सकरे् हैं।

5. Clarification processing by Authority
Authority, after login with his credentials, can now click on the Beneficiary
Renewal link as shown in above figure
अगधकतरी, अपने िेडेंसशय्स के सतथ लॉगगन करने के बतद, अब लतभतथी निीनीकरण पर स्ललक कर सकर्त है

On clicking the application number, authority can view the application and can
send back the application to the applicant if the clarification is not visible
properly or wrong attachment has been uploaded by the applicant or can send
back to the applicant for making the payment.
आिेदन सिंख्यत पर स्ललक करने पर, िह आिेदन देख सकर्त है और आिेदक को आिेदन ितपस भेज सकर्त है यदद तपष्टीकरण ठीक से ददखतई नहीिं देर्त है यत आिेदक द्ितरत गलर् अनुलग्नक अपलोड क्रकयत गयत है यत भुगर्तन करने के सलए आिेदक को ितपस भेज सकर्त है।

6. Payment Request by Authority
By clicking the “Payment” button. The authority directs the application back to
the citizen for payment.
“पेमेंट” बटन दबत कर अगधकतरी एस्प्लकेशन को आिेदक के पतस पेमेंट करने के सलए भेज देर्त है
7. Payment by Applicant

Citizen, after login with his credentials can see the application and its status on
his dashboard. After clicking on application number the form will open where
the applicant can make payment by clicking on “Make Payment” button.
नतगररक, अपने िेडेंसशयल के सतथ लॉगगन करने के बतद अपने डशैबोडा पर एस्प्लकेशन और इसकी स्तथनर् देख सकरे् हैं। आिेदन सिंख्यत पर स्ललक करने के बतद फॉमा खुलेगत जहतिं आिेदक "भुगर्तन करें" बटन पर स्ललक करके भुगर्तन कर सकर्त है।

On clicking “Make Payment” button, a dialogue box will open asking for “Online
Payment”. After clicking on “Make Payment” method, the page will be directed
to a new page of bank’s payment gateway.
"भुगर्तन करें" बटन पर स्ललक करने पर, एक सिंितद बॉलस "ऑनलतइन भुगर्तन" के सलए पूछेगत। "भुगर्तन करें" विगध पर स्ललक करने के बतद, पषृ्ठ को बैंक के भुगर्तन गेटिे के एक नए पषृ्ठ पर ननदेसशर् क्रकयत जतएगत।
On clicking “Online Payment”, the page will be directed to a new page of bank’s
payment gateway, shown below.
"ऑनलतइन भुगर्तन" पर स्ललक करने पर, पषृ्ठ को बैंक के भुगर्तन गेटिे के एक नए पषृ्ठ पर ननदेसशर् क्रकयत जतएगत, जो नीचे ददखतयत गयत है।
Here applicant can make the payment with available options of payment.
यहतिं आिेदक भुगर्तन करने के सलए उपलब्लध विक्पों के सतथ, अपनत भुगर्तन कर सकर्त है
