RFx Download and Upload Document

Login into the system - clickon the Event Number

RFx screen opens. Click on “Download to Excel”button.

The data is downloaded as Excel.Refer the below downloaded sample Excel file.

Open Excel(.xls or .xlsx) File Click on the Save as option. Select the Save as Type .CSV .The File will be saved as a .CSV file (2000072918.csv).File name Should be Test.csv ( Ex:-2000072918.csv)

Refer the below downloaded sample .CSV(Excel) Excel file.

Opne the .CSV file.Now enter the Price,Per,MOQ,SPQ,DW(Delivery Weeks) values and save .

Now select and delete the entire row which you are not Quoted MPN.For Ex:- Item 20 have two MPN’s . I want to Quot for First 1.MPN.

So Delete the entire Row of 2.MPN of Item 20.

After deleting the rows save the document.

Click on Create Response Button to create the response.

POP up will come with Instructions.

After closing the Pop window . Go to Response Screen.

Enter header Fileds like Taxcode, Icoterm etc . And Save

Now click on Edit Button to Upload the Excel(.CSV ) file.

Popup will come to Upload the File.

After Clicking on Upload Button and Save .
