Service is offered on a per-minute basis, twenty-four hours perday, seven days per week. A single monthly recurring charge applies. Customers mustdial 1 plus the area code, if applicable, and the called telephone number from theirpresubscribed telephone line.

    (B) To be eligible for this plan, Customers must subscribe to and maintain an access line#from the Company’s affiliated incumbent local exchange company and must subscribe tothe Company for the provision of interstate and intrastate InterLATA and/or intrastateIntraLATA service.

    (C) All calls are billed in one (1) minute increments after an initial period, for billingpurposes, of one (1) minute.

    (D) The MRC is $5.00 and the per minute usage rate is $0.0700.

    (E) Rewards

    Rewards are available to Residential Customers who are moving their service to a newlocation and contact the Company in response to a Direct Mail campaign or a Mover'sGuide available in the a United States Post Office and subscribe to this Service.Customers who qualify for this reward will receive a redemption coupon for one-time$50.00 AT&T Reward Visa® Prepaid Card.

    Customers must retain this Service a minimum of thirty (30) days and must redeem theredemption coupon/redemption form via website.     4.6.4 AT&T Unlimited Nationwide Calling Advantage 1

    (A) AT&T Unlimited Nationwide Calling Advantage 1 is a bundled outbound only interstateand intrastate long distance usage calling plan that is offered to Residential Customers onswitched access lines. Customers must dial 1 plus the area code, if applicable, and thecalled telephone number from their presubscribed telephone line. This plan provides theCustomer with unlimited minutes of interexchange long distance usage for a singlemonthly recurring charge (certain terms and conditions, as described below, apply). Thisplan does not provide call detail information on the Customer’s bill.

    (B) In order to be eligible for this plan, the Company must be able to verify that the Customermeets the following terms and conditions. Customers who no longer meet these terms andconditions will not be eligible for this plan and may be offered an alternative plan or havetheir service suspended, restricted or canceled without prior notice.

    .1 Customers must subscribe to and maintain the following services from theCompany’s affiliated incumbent local exchange company:

    .a access line#, and;

    .b verticals feature package# as defined and offered by the Company’saffiliated incumbent local exchange company.

    .2 Customers must subscribe to the Company for the provision of interstate,intrastate IntraLATA and intrastate InterLATA long distance service.

    .3 This plan is only available for a maximum of three (3) lines at the same location.

    .4 This plan is not available on an account that is the recipient of charges billedfrom another location.

    .5 Unlimited plan usage does not include multi-party conference calls (except thosecalls placed by using Three-Way Calling feature are included), calls to 900, 976,700 numbers or other calls to access information services, directory assistance,calling card, operator services, international calling and toll free calling services.

    .6 This plan cannot be used for any use inconsistent with typical residential voiceservice. If usage under this plan is not consistent with typical residential voiceCustomer usage, at the Company’s sole discretion, the Company may offer theCustomer an alternative plan or suspend, restrict or cancel the Customer’sservice without prior notice, and the Customer may not be eligible to re-subscribe to this plan. Calls that are not consistent with typical residential voiceusage include, but are not limited to: use for general business purposes,commercial facsimile, auto-dialing, resale, call centers, long distance access tointernet service providers and telemarketing.

    .7 Customers who have previously subscribed to local dial tone service providedby a Company affiliated incumbent local exchange company ("ILEC Affiliate")and have cancelled that service or; (2) previously subscribed to long distanceservice from the Company and have cancelled that service, or; (3) be a currentlocal telephone customer within the Company or ILEC Affiliate who is nowmoving dial tone service from a competitor of the Company to the ILECAffiliate will receive a bonus coupon redeemable for a $50.00 Visa® reward cardwhen ordering this service.

    (C) The monthly recurring charge is $21.00.

    9.2.1 BellSouth® Domestic Select Companion Plan (Obsolete 7/02/07)

    (A) The BellSouth® Domestic Select Companion plan is a direct dialed outbound longdistance service offered to residential Customers from switched access lines. Service isoffered on a flat rate basis, twenty-four hours per day, seven days per week. Customersmust dial 1 plus the area code, if applicable, and the terminating number to complete acall utilizing this service.

    (B) Customers of this plan must subscribe to BellSouth® Complete Choice® plan, BellSouth®

    Area Plus® plan, BellSouth® PreferredPack® plan, Flat Rate Residential Individual lines,Area Calling Plan (available in Mississippi only), Community Caller Plus (available inNorth Carolina only) or Local Optional Service (available in Louisiana only). Customerswho subscribe to Area Calling Plan, Community Caller Plan, Local Optional Service orFlat Rate Residential Individual lines must also subscribe to at least one AssociatedService listed in Section 3.1.9 of this pricing and service guide. These plans and servicesare provided by the Company's affiliated incumbent local exchange entity. The Customermust also receive billing for each of these services from the Company's affiliatedincumbent local exchange entity. Customers who no longer meet the eligibilityrequirements identified above will be contacted by the Company and offered analternative plan.

    (C) All calls are billed in one (1) minute increments after an initial period, for billingpurposes, of one (1) minute. This service is only offered in conjunction with thecorresponding intrastate BellSouth® Domestic Select Companion plan and theinternational BellSouth® International Select Value plan. Service is offered on a flatrate basis, twenty-four hours per day, seven days per week. Customers must dial 1 plusthe area code, if applicable, and the terminating number to complete a call utilizing thisservice.

    (B) Customers of this plan must subscribe to BellSouth® Complete Choice® plan, BellSouth®

    Area Plus® plan, Flat Rate Residential Individual lines, Area Calling Plan (available inMississippi only), Community Caller Plus (available in North Carolina only) or LocalOptional Service (available in Louisiana only). Customers who subscribe to Area CallingPlan, Community Caller Plus, Local Optional Service or Flat Rate Residential Individuallines must also subscribe to at least two Associated Services listed in Section 3.1.9 of thispricing guide. These plans and services are provided by the Company's affiliatedincumbent local exchange entity. The Customer must also receive billing for each ofthese services from the Company's affiliated incumbent local exchange entity. Customerswho no longer meet the eligibility requirements identified above will be transferred to theBellSouth® Fixed Rate Plan without further notice.

    (C) All calls are billed in one (1) minute increments after an initial period, for billingpurposes, of one (1) minute. This service is only offered in conjunction with thecorresponding intrastate BellSouth® Fixed Rate Value plan. This service is not offeredon an intraLATA only basis.

    (D) The MRC is $6.95 and the per minute usages rate is $0.0700. The MRC is the same asthe MRC identified in the Company's state specific tariffs/price lists. Only one monthlyservice charge will apply when both interstate and intrastate service is provided to theCustomer.

    (A) The BellSouth® Talk 200 plan is a direct dialed outbound long distance service offered toresidential Customers from switched access lines. Service is offered on a flat rate basis,twenty-four hours per day, seven days per week. Customers must dial 1 plus the areacode, if applicable, and the terminating number to complete a call utilizing this service.The BellSouth® Talk 200 plan provides the Customer with 200 minutes of interexchange(both interstate and intrastate) long distance usage for a flat rate monthly service charge.Additional usage over the initial 200 minutes will be billed on a flat rate per minute basis.

    (C) All calls are billed in one (1) minute increments after an initial period, for billingpurposes, of one (1) minute. This service is only offered in conjunction with thecorresponding intrastate BellSouth® Talk 200 plan.

    (D) The MRC is $15.00 and the per minute usage rate is $0.0500 for calls completed after the200 minute block of time has been used. The MRC is the same as the MRC identified inthe Company's state specific tariffs/price lists. Only one monthly service charge willapply when both interstate and intrastate service is provided to the Customer.

    9.3.52 AT&T Core Plan (Obsolete 8/16/07)

    (A) The AT&T Core plan is a direct dialed outbound long distance service offered toresidential Customers from switched access lines. Service is offered on a flat rate basis,twenty-four hours per day, seven days per week. Customers must dial 1 plus the areacode, if applicable, and the terminating number to complete a call utilizing this service.

    (B) All calls are billed in one (1) minute increments after an initial period, for billingpurposes, of one (1) minute. This service is only offered in conjunction with thecorresponding intrastate AT&T Core plan. This service is not offered on an intraLATAonly basis.

    (C) The MRC is $3.99 and the per minute usage rate is $0.1000. The MRC is the same as theMRC identified in the Company's state specific tariffs/price lists. Only one monthlyservice charge will apply when both interstate and intrastate service is provided to theCustomer.

The BellSouth® Select Unlimited Value planprovides the Customer with unlimited minutes of interexchange (both interstate andintrastate) long distance usage for a flat rate monthly charge (certain restrictions, asoutlined below, do apply). This plan does not provide call detail information forunlimited calling on the Customer’s monthly bill. This service is only offered inconjunction with the corresponding intrastate BellSouth® Select Unlimited Value plan.This service is not offered on an intraLATA only basis.

    (B) Customers are eligible for this service if they meet the following requirements:

    .1 This plan is available to Customers with one to three lines at the same location.

    .2 Customers must subscribe to BellSouth Long Distance and also to the 2 PackPlan provided by the Company’s affiliated incumbent local exchange entity onthe primary line.

    .3 Customers must presubscribe to BellSouth Long Distance for both intraLATAand interLATA long distance service on all lines subscribed to under this plan.

    .4 This plan cannot be used for any use inconsistent with residential service.

    .5 This plan is not available on an account that is the recipient of charges billedfrom another location.

    .6 Customer lines associated with educational institutions (colleges, universities,etc.) are not eligible for this plan.

    9.3.57 AT&T® Triple Choice Unlimited Plan (Obsolete 1/18/08)

    (A) The AT&T® Triple Choice Unlimited plan is a direct dialed outbound domestic longdistance service that is offered to single or multi-line residential Customers fromswitched access lines. Service is offered on a flat rate basis, twenty-four hours per day,seven days per week. Customers must dial 1 plus the area code, if applicable, and theterminating number to complete a call utilizing this service. The AT&T® Triple ChoiceUnlimited plan provides the Customer with unlimited minutes of interexchange (bothinterstate and intrastate) long distance usage for a flat rate monthly charge (certainrestrictions, as outlined below, do apply). This plan does not provide call detailinformation on the Customer's monthly bill. This service is only offered in conjunctionwith the corresponding intrastate AT&T® Triple Choice Unlimited plan. This service isnot offered on an intraLATA or intrastate only basis.

    (B) In order to be eligible for this plan, the Company must be able to verify that the Customermeets the following eligibility requirements. Customers who no longer meet theseeligibility requirements will not be eligible for this plan and may be offered an alternativeplan or have their service suspended, restricted or canceled without prior notice.

    .1 Customers must subscribe to BellSouth® PreferredPack® Plan or BellSouth®

    Complete Choice® Plan, and FastAccess® DSL with a speed of 1.5 Mbps orhigher which are provided by the Company's affiliated incumbent localexchange entity. Customers must also subscribe to a qualifying digital TVservice provided by the Company's affiliated incumbent local exchange entity orto a qualifying wireless plan provided by the Company's affiliated wirelessprovider.

    .2 This plan is available to Customers with one to three lines at a location.

    9.3.59 BellSouth® PreferredPack® Unlimited Savings Value Plan (Obsolete 2/01/08)

    (A) The BellSouth® PreferredPack® Unlimited Savings Value plan is a direct dialed outboundlong distance service offered to single line or multi-line residential Customers onswitched access lines. Service is offered on a flat rate basis, twenty-four hours per day,seven days per week. Customers must dial 1 plus the area code, if applicable, and theterminating number to complete a call utilizing this service. The BellSouth®

    PreferredPack® Unlimited Savings Value plan provides the Customer with unlimitedminutes of interexchange (both interstate and intrastate) long distance usage for a flat ratemonthly charge (certain restrictions, as outlined below, do apply). This plan does notprovide call detail information on the Customer's monthly bill. This service is onlyoffered in conjunction with the corresponding intrastate BellSouth® PreferredPack®

    Unlimited Savings Value plan. This service is not offered on an intraLATA only basis.

    (B) In order to be eligible for this plan, the Company must be able to verify that the Customermeets the following terms and conditions. Customers who no longer meet these terms andconditions will not be eligible for this plan and may be offered an alternative plan or havetheir service suspended, restricted or canceled without prior notice. This plan is offeredunder the following terms and conditions and is available to Customers with one to three

    .1 Customers must: 1) subscribe to BellSouth Long Distance; 2) subscribe to theCompany’s affiliated incumbent local exchange entity’s BellSouth®

    PreferredPack® plan on the primary line; and 3) must also previously have hadlocal exchange service from another local exchange provider other than theCompany’s affiliated incumbent local exchange entity at the Customer’s presentaddress.

    .2 Customers must presubscribe to BellSouth Long Distance for both intraLATAand interLATA long distance service on all lines subscribed to under this plan.

    .3 This plan cannot be used for any use inconsistent with residential service.

    .4 Customer lines associated with educational institutions, (colleges, universities,etc.) are not eligible for this plan.

    .5 Unlimited plan usage does not include multi-party conference calls (except thosecalls placed by using the Three-Way Calling feature are included), calls to 900,976, 700 numbers and other calls to access information services, directoryassistance, calling card, operator services, international calling and toll freecalling services.

    (B) To be eligible for this service Customers must presubscribe to BellSouth Long Distancefor interLATA and/or intraLATA long distance service and also subscribe to localexchange service provided by the Company's affiliated incumbent local exchange entity.Customers of this service will receive one 4-digit personal identification number (PIN)and one toll-free number per telephone line to be used to access the service. Customersmay not retain the BellSouth® Toll-Free at Home service toll-free number when service isdiscontinued. Customers subscribing to this service are responsible for charges associatedwith all answered calls placed using the toll-free number and PIN, including callsanswered by voice mail, answering machine, or similar device.

    (A) The BellSouth® Select Unlimited Value plan is a direct dialed outbound long distanceservice offered to single line or multi-line residential Customers on switched access lines.Service is offered on a flat rate basis, twenty-four hours per day, seven days per week.Customers must dial 1 plus the area code, if applicable, and the terminating number tocomplete a call utilizing this service. The BellSouth® Select Unlimited Value planprovides the Customer with unlimited minutes of interexchange (both interstate andintrastate) long distance usage for a flat rate monthly charge (certain restrictions, asoutlined below, do apply). This plan does not provide call detail information forunlimited calling on the Customer’s monthly bill. This service is only offered inconjunction with the corresponding intrastate BellSouth® Select Unlimited Value plan.This service is not offered on an intraLATA only basis.

    (B) Customers are eligible for this service if they meet the following requirements:

    .1 This plan is available to Customers with one to three lines at the same location.

    .2 Customers must subscribe to BellSouth Long Distance and also to the 2 PackPlan provided by the Company’s affiliated incumbent local exchange entity onthe primary line.

    .3 Customers must presubscribe to BellSouth Long Distance for both intraLATAand interLATA long distance service on all lines subscribed to under this plan.

    .4 This plan cannot be used for any use inconsistent with residential service.

    .5 This plan is not available on an account that is the recipient of charges billedfrom another location.

    .6 Customer lines associated with educational institutions (colleges, universities,etc.) are not eligible for this plan.

    .7 Unlimited plan usage does not include multi-party conference calls (except thosecalls placed by using the Three-Way Calling Feature are included), calls to 900,976, 700 numbers and other calls to access information services, directoryassistance, calling card, operator services, international calling and toll freecalling services.

    (C) The Company reserves the right to exclude certain terminating telephone numbers fromthis plan. Calls to these numbers will be billed at applicable MTS rates.

    (D) The MRC is $24.99. The MRC is the same as the MRC identified in the Company's statespecific tariffs/price lists. Only one monthly service charge will apply when bothinterstate and intrastate service is provided to the Customer.

    9.3.57 AT&T® Triple Choice Unlimited Plan (Obsolete 1/18/08)

    (A) The AT&T® Triple Choice Unlimited plan is a direct dialed outbound domestic longdistance service that is offered to single or multi-line residential Customers fromswitched access lines. Service is offered on a flat rate basis, twenty-four hours per day,seven days per week. Customers must dial 1 plus the area code, if applicable, and theterminating number to complete a call utilizing this service. The AT&T® Triple ChoiceUnlimited plan provides the Customer with unlimited minutes of interexchange (bothinterstate and intrastate) long distance usage for a flat rate monthly charge (certainrestrictions, as outlined below, do apply). This plan does not provide call detailinformation on the Customer's monthly bill. This service is only offered in conjunctionwith the corresponding intrastate AT&T® Triple Choice Unlimited plan. This service isnot offered on an intraLATA or intrastate only basis.

    (B) In order to be eligible for this plan, the Company must be able to verify that the Customermeets the following eligibility requirements. Customers who no longer meet theseeligibility requirements will not be eligible for this plan and may be offered an alternativeplan or have their service suspended, restricted or canceled without prior notice.

    .1 Customers must subscribe to BellSouth® PreferredPack® Plan or BellSouth®

    Complete Choice® Plan, and FastAccess® DSL with a speed of 1.5 Mbps orhigher which are provided by the Company's affiliated incumbent localexchange entity. Customers must also subscribe to a qualifying digital TVservice provided by the Company's affiliated incumbent local exchange entity orto a qualifying wireless plan provided by the Company's affiliated wirelessprovider.

    .2 This plan is available to Customers with one to three lines at a location.

    PreferredPack® Unlimited Savings Value plan provides the Customer with unlimitedminutes of interexchange (both interstate and intrastate) long distance usage for a flat ratemonthly charge (certain restrictions, as outlined below, do apply). This plan does notprovide call detail information on the Customer's monthly bill. This service is onlyoffered in conjunction with the corresponding intrastate BellSouth® PreferredPack®

    Unlimited Savings Value plan. This service is not offered on an intraLATA only basis.

    (B) In order to be eligible for this plan, the Company must be able to verify that the Customermeets the following terms and conditions. Customers who no longer meet these terms andconditions will not be eligible for this plan and may be offered an alternative plan or havetheir service suspended, restricted or canceled without prior notice. This plan is offeredunder the following terms and conditions and is available to Customers with one to three

    .1 Customers must: 1) subscribe to BellSouth Long Distance; 2) subscribe to theCompany’s affiliated incumbent local exchange entity’s BellSouth®

    PreferredPack® plan on the primary line; and 3) must also previously have hadlocal exchange service from another local exchange provider other than theCompany’s affiliated incumbent local exchange entity at the Customer’s presentaddress.
