For the “Le Centaure”, apartment renovation, Terrésens wanted to recreate the atmosphere of its “My Second Home” subsidiary residences: apartments that combine authenticity and conviviality. The proposed renovation includes:

- Repainting the walls and ceilings in all rooms. - New flooring in rooms; flexible wooden flooring (instead of carpet). - A kitchen repainted in more neutral tones (grey). - New bathroom fixtures. - Changing all furniture and décor (excluding bedding). - The addition of a TV in the master bedroom.

Our team wanted to create cosy, warm, comfortable apartments, in more neutral, resolutely modern tones through this renovation.
