Built on the mountainside, the village was designed to offer guests maximum sunshine and a breathtaking view of the surrounding countryside. The resort’s comfortable chalets and small residences exude the traditional identity and charm of authentic Savoyard dwellings. Tranquillity and a natural atmosphere are the order of the day here: vehicles remain well protected in two large underground car parks accessible from the residences. For the “Le Centaure”, apartment renovation, Terrésens wanted to recreate the atmosphere of its “My Second Home” subsidiary residences: apartments that combine authenticity and conviviality. The proposed renovation includes:
- Repainting the walls and ceilings in all rooms. - New flooring in rooms; flexible wooden flooring (instead of carpet). - A kitchen repainted in more neutral tones (grey). - New bathroom fixtures. - Changing all furniture and décor (excluding bedding). - The addition of a TV in the master bedroom.
Our team wanted to create cosy, warm, comfortable apartments, in more neutral, resolutely modern tones through this renovation.
