Vegetarian option every meal. Pork never used.

Kindergarten Readiness Checklist
▪ Buttoning and zipping clothes (pants, jackets, etc.) ▪ Putting on jackets and coats▪ Writing first and last name▪ Using bathroom independently (and cleanly)▪ Practicing tying shoes. This is a work in progress and probably won’t be
mastered but practice is still good!▪ Opening food containers and bags▪ Reading daily. Practicing reading the pictures and finding words and
letters is a great way to introduce reading.
Practicing a few things can help prepare your child for kindergarten.

There are MANY ways to volunteer and get involved
▪ School-Wide Fundraisers & Events: look for requests via e-mail and
Facebook for “Sign-Up Genius” links.
▪ Parent Patrol: Help with AM “Kiss & Go” car lane.
▪ Be a ‘Room Parent”
▪ Classroom Volunteering: Ask your child’s teacher for specific needs.
▪ Belding “swag”
▪ Car Magnets ($5 each. Available @ events/ in office)
▪ Lawn/Window Signs ($10)
▪ Spirit Wear (online campaign one in the fall)
How to connect with the BPG?▪ Join our Belding Parent Group Google Group (you
can join via a link from the Belding website)▪ Attend monthly parent meetings (Local School
