So I understood I became a

I learned a lot from my peers
I taught a lot of things back to others
I met a lot of people all over Europe
I have enough ideas to write three books

My advice to you
Travel more to other communities
Meet new people
Keep a constant dialogue with everyone
Build things together
Become yourself a bumble-bee
