“I genuinely have a great time at work – difficult to believe but it’s true! I work as part of the Provident Insurance Team, in the Direct Contact Centre, where we deal with both new and existing customers. Our goal is to deliver Premier League customer experience whilst making sure we are keeping it as simple and straightforward as possible for our customers.

On a day to day basis, I will look to drive performance across our teams through empowering individuals to excel, creating a little healthy competition and of course through celebrating success. My department take pride in the excellent feedback we get from our customers and we really showcase this.

Attracting, recruiting and retaining talent has been a big part of my role, and as the department has grown I get a real buzz from developing and nurturing our talented people; it’s all about staff engagement and I think that’s the main contributor to our success as a team.”
