Lots of supermarket cereals contain calcium, like coco pops, cornflakes and porridge. Add milk and you have a great start to the day! Did you know that without Vitamin D, the body cannot absorb calcium? A few minutes of Sun a day or Vitamin D rich foods should do the trick!
