MOZ MetricsTerrible lately and weeding out spam sites. Generally I dont pay much attentionBut A DA of about 10 as a min and 20 for Page authority is the recommended. I will show examples of how they really miss spam and why you should never just accept what any website metrics or grader will spit out without really understanding hat Google want.

PRPR was pretty much dropped for the public and can not be used anymore to grade a websites value. Use Majestic and really dig into the backlinks and site to see what is really going on.

Domain Age & HistoryThe older a site (and the less drops a site has I generally only get sits with 1 drops or if the metrics so amazing I would go with a 2 or a even a 3) the better. Over 2 years old with a clean backlink profile and good clean referring domains. Waybackmachine Check the pages in the web archive's to see what type of a site this was, youll find many sites that were used to spam with when looking into everything and stand a better chance of recreating a healthy with ranking power and not tanking power Rank Power or Tank Power. You must be the judge.
