(1) the disbursement of escrowed funds heretofore deposited with the Board's Escrow Agent(s)attributable to Tract(s) 2C as depicted upon the annexed Table 1. (Royalties currently being paidunder VPSSGU3, VGOB 06-0321-1598) (2) Vacate current order due to all parties being leasedand all conflicts resolved.

Va. Code Ann. IJ 45.1-361.1et seq., 4 VAC 25-160-140., and relevant Virginia Gas and Oil

Board Orders ("Board" ) heretofore promulgated pursuant to law.

5. Factual basis for relief requested

Harrison-Wyatt LLC and David & Elizabeth Meadows have entered into a royalty split agreement.The Annexed Table 1 specifies how said royalties are to be divided and paid.
