Commencement

Priority of Access Access to our Centres will be based on the following criteria.

To make a booking 1. Visit www.northwestcommunitychildcare and download

a registration and booking form, or contact our office on 8678 0279 and we will email you the form.

2. Complete the registration and booking form 3. Return the form back to us by

a. Scan and email the form to admin@northwestcommunitychildcare.com.au

b. Mail it to Northwest Community Childcare 39/15 Valediction Road Kings Park 2148

New Bookings will be accepted from 1 October

Bookings only accepted where accounts are up to date.

If we are able to offer you a place at one of our centres, we will provide you with a confirmation letter.

To pay for your booking Invoices will be issued in arrears after your child has been provided with care.

registration form or contact our office on 8678 0279 to pay over the phone)

Commencement Date for Before and After School Care Commencing on Thursday 27 January 2016, and operating during school terms. Vacation Care program also available at John Palmer Public School & Riverbank Public School – available for all families.

Specific Needs We will seek where possible to meet the specific needs of your child. If your child has specific or additional needs, please bring them to the attention of NWCC so that we can assess our ability to meet those needs.

Collecting your child Please bring along photo identification when collecting your child. Children will only be released to parents and authorised collectors. About Northwest Community Childcare Northwest Community Childcare is managed by Northwest Community Baptist Church and operates under the Northwest Community Trust.

3. Bookings where child of a single parent who satisfies, or both parents who satisfy the work, training, study test.

Within this group, priority will be given to bookings where:a) Existing family enrolling an additional child (same sessions as other

child already enrolled)b) Existing booking seeking to transfer from another centre (same

sessions). e.g. Child attending Schofields centre seeking to move to The Ponds centrec) Existing family seeking additional sessions d) New families (ie. Not currently using NWCC Before and After

School Care)

Schofields Public School, Schofields

If a position is not available at John Palmer Public School, I am willing to accept a position at our Schofield’s centre. Children will be transported by mini-bus to the Schofield’s centre.

Families that accept a position at the Schofield’s centre will be given priority when a position becomes available at The Ponds centre. Due to the very high demand for positions at the John Palmer centre, it is recommended that families consider this option.
