Strength.Level: ground to earth, i.e. G+1hence no need of lift.Community: since it’s a community based project security would not be least concern.Services: RWH, Bio-gas plant, water treatment plant, makes the community self dependent.
Weakness.Location: site located on outskirts.Travelling: since site is located on outskirts,Travelling is an issue for EWS people.Commercials: no major commercial space alloted.
OpportunityCentral open courtyards can be used for landscaping.
Threats.No compound walls causes threat for community.

housing unit (set back, courtyard in between)
Using low cost materials ( which were available locally)
Filler slab ( aesthetic quality , decreases weight of slab)
Schools , commercial , mosque, all available with in the locality
Even though there are 20 houses in each unit , each house has a good amount of lighting and ventilation
The houses in ground floors are provided with outdoor area, and the people living on the first floor are provided with terraces
