Originating Customer — The customer who is referring customers to ACN to qualify for receiving a Strive for 5 credit.
Referred Customer — The customer used towards the Originating Customer’s Strive for 5 eligibility.
Monthly Recurring Charge (MRC) — A customer’s Monthly Recurring Charge for service, excluding taxes, surcharges and additional fees.
Important Terms
Customers who are active and current on their monthly bill.
Customers eligibility will be determined on the last day of the calendar month for the next months credit.
All Referred Customers must reside in the same country as the Originating Customer.
Example: A U.S. customer must refer 5 qualifying U.S. customers to be eligible.
Note: Customers who have ordered service but aren't yet active will not count toward Strive for 5.
Eligible Customers that Count for Your Customers Strive for 5 Credit
Each Referred Customer must be on the same ACN service as the Originating.
Each active and current billed Referred Customer service will count towards Strive for 5.
Originating Customers with multiple lines: Example: If an Originating Customer has a Flash Wireless plan with 2 separate lines, the second line doesn't count for Strive for 5.
The IBO will Receive Strive for 5 credit, points and commissions on both Originating and Referred Customers.
